Saidera Mastering is a Tokyo-based mastering studio founded in 1996 by Seigen Ono. Over the years, Ono has worked on various projects with such as Ryuichi Sakamoto, Sadao Watanabe, Bill Frisell, John Zorn, Miles Davis, King Crimson, The Manhattan Transfer, and David Sylvian, etc.

The team at Saidera Mastering is made up of engineers with diverse and accomplished backgrounds. Chief engineer Tomomi Nemoto, who has mastered numerous soundtracks including Made in Abyss and Metal Gear Solid,also teaches and mentors upcoming audio engineers. Kuniyuki Takahashi is an internationally active house music producer whose signature track "Precious Hall" was released on Joe Claussell’s label, a favorite among artists like Floating Points. Tatsushi Kimura, known as the programmer of Dip In The Pool, has received renewed attention following reissues from Music From Memory. And in 2024, vinyl cutting engineer Rei Taguchi joined the team as a mastering engineer.
